I have tried flax crackers from the health food store and have wanted to make some of my own...I came across this one and the list of ingredients looked like they would turn out pretty yummy. They did! My 5-year-old liked these so much...
I got the idea for this recipe from my friends website. I love how colorful these ingredients are together, and the texture of each of the different seeds and berries makes them so fun to eat. Sometimes my 2 year old seems to live off of these.
These are my new favorite snack. For people who think eating “raw” means gnawing on bland raw vegetables, this is the recipe to show them you can eat better than before. Really, I like these better than any potato or tortilla chips.
