Chocolate Peanut-butter Shake
This is great for those times when you’re craving something Reese’s-like. Every time I make it I’m amazed that it is sweetened with nothing but bananas.
- Prep Time :
10 min - Ready Time :
10 min -
Servings :
8 cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder or Cacao Nibs
- 1 cup Natural Peanut-butter
- 6-8 whole Frozen Bananas
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
Directions
Place ingredients in blender in order listed (when I add the peanut butter at the end, it really sticks to the sides). Blend on high until uniform consistency is achieved.
Enjoy, then make another batch to share with everyone else!

I love this recipe, every way I have tried it (different milks mainly). Today I had no milk so I decided to try oat milk, I love peanut butter oatmeal bars with chocolate frosting. I blended 3/4 cup oats to a fine powder then added 3 cups water and the cacao nibs. I blended it until it looked like chocolate milk then added everything else. Started drinking a giant cup full when I started writing this 2 minutes ago and it is nearly gone
. Thanks for the best healthy treat recipe in the world, Liz!
