Honey Ice Cream
The first time I tried a honey-flavored ice cream I was surprised how much I liked it. This recipe is a fun Summer/Fall treat that your entire family will enjoy making, and eating.

Ingredients
- 2 quarts Half-and-Half Cream
- 1/2 pint Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup Raw Honey
- 4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Directions
Combine half-and-half, cream, honey, vanilla and salt in freezer container of ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. The time until it is ready can vary depending on the ice cream maker manufacturer, but generally take between 30-45 minutes.
